Synopsis:This film documents the 1970 Los Caminos Del Incas Rally (The Route of the Incas).

Shotlist:The rally drivers include Hannu Mikkola, Henry Bradley and Lewis Carlessi and was hit by the worst weather the rally had ever seen.
The film opens with GVs of Peru including Lima and Callao, the fish port, cities and the jungle (including its inhabitants), fisherman with reed canoes, the Amazon, the Andes and the Inca temples.
The film also features a relief map of the route and terrain, extensive rally footage and interviews with the drivers. There is also good footage of the indigenous animals and views of the semi-arid landscape.
