Sequence with newspapers on fire and shots of crashed cars; cars driving through snowy towns and on ice. 00:05:39 - cars practising skid control rear wheel slide. This footage shows the viewer how to correctly control skidding due to dangerous road conditions - there is a lot of footage of this. NB The film is shaky and poor at the beginning (the print not the camera work).
